Purposeful Conversations

Conversation as a mode of structured and collaborative inquiry is an important tool for enabling organizational learning and innovation. These conversations have three interrelated dimensions. First, the dimension of generative dialogue that creates the sense of community among the participants. Second, the dimension of learning, which enables the participants to share a common knowledge base about the what, how, and why of their conversation.
