Evolutionary Mentoring

What does it mean to be alive? Where have we come from and where are we going? What is my role in this world? What can I do to leave it better than I found it? Evolutionary Mentoring is a service for the individual looking for an opportunity to engage in indepth reflection, dialogue, and even study about his or her role in the world and the conscious creation of a meaningful, enjoyable and connected life.

Evolutionary Mentoring is a wonderful resource for individual lifelong learners who want one-on-one dialogues in areas of personal, social and ecological transformation. The role of the mentor is to guide in the design of a personalized learning agenda and to support the learner in advancing toward his or her goals as a partner in the learning journey.

This service is based on the seven year action-research of Alexander Laszlo, presented in his forthcoming book, Evolving with Heart, Dancing the Path of Syntony. Evolutionary Mentoring is provided personally by Alexander and Kathia Laszlo, co-founders of Syntony Quest. For more information contact them at laszlo@syntonyquest.org.

Purposeful Conversations

Conversation as a mode of structured and collaborative inquiry is one of the most important approaches to the creation of the future. Our aspirations of a more just, democratic, and ethical society require people to listen and to be listened to in order to create shared meaning and catalyze change. This is the spirit of the purposeful conversations of Syntony Quest. These conversations have three interrelated dimensions. First, the dimension of generative dialogue that creates the sense of healthy and authentic community among the participants. Second, the dimension of evolutionary learning, which enables the participants to share a common knowledge base about the what, how, and why of their conversation. And third, the dimension of strategic dialogue that empowers the participants to make choices, take joint decisions, and interactively design the systems in which they work, live, and play.

Syntony Quest facilitates Purposeful Conversations in a variety of different contexts. Discover the transformative power of a rich and deep conversation with your family, neighbors, co-workers or friends! (For groups of 5 to 10 participants, only. Larger groups may apply, as well, but the working unit of a core conversation always requires subgroupings of 5-10 participants.) Contact us at info@syntonyquest.org.
